It is our intention that Ekipa consultants feel at ease approaching a colleague for help or to voice concerns, especially when these impact the value being delivered to the client.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Though we advise colleagues to solve problems using our conflict resolution model, we acknowledge that, occasionally, coworkers can feel the need for a chance to voice a concern or pose a query without approaching a fellow worker face-to-face.
