Team mapping ideas on a visual planning wall

Design Thinking

Design Thinking gives teams a structured, human-centred way to tackle problems that don't have an obvious answer. This hands-on course walks participants through the full cycle — building real empathy with users, framing the right problem, generating a wide range of ideas, and testing them quickly with rough prototypes.

Rather than treating it as a one-off workshop technique, the course helps participants build design thinking into how their team routinely approaches ambiguous, complex challenges.
