Most change initiatives don't fail because the plan was wrong — they fail because the people affected by it were never really brought along. This course gives participants a practical toolkit for leading people through change: how to plan it, communicate it clearly, and help it stick once the initial push is over.
Through discussion and real case studies, participants practise diagnosing resistance, building genuine buy-in, and sustaining new ways of working long after the project team has moved on.
