Ekipa is an Agile and AI consultancy working with enterprises across Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. We take a strategy a board or leadership team has already approved and build it into how your teams work day to day, through training, coaching, consultancy, data modernization and delivery.
Both. Agile has been our core work since 2016, and it still is. Since 2025, we also help enterprises with AI readiness and data, using the same people-and-change approach. Most clients come to us for one and find the two connect.
We have offices in Jakarta, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, and deliver across Southeast Asia. Our consultants know the local regulators (OJK in Indonesia, MAS in Singapore) and run engagements onsite or remotely.
Our AI work runs from awareness and hands-on AI training for teams and managers, to AI strategy and governance for leadership, to data modernization and building a use case into production. You can start with a single workshop or a full engagement.
