A practitioner-led network for regional innovation
The Agile Circles community is Ekipa’s regional agile practitioner network designed for team leads and executives driving change inside their organizations. We bring together Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, CTOs, and Transformation Leads to exchange field-tested practices, resolve shared operational challenges, and discuss emerging industry trends.
Since 2025, our themes have widened. AI-era topics such as Generative AI in enterprise workflows, data modernization for agile teams, and Responsible AI in regulated industries run alongside our traditional Agile, Leadership, and Innovation focus areas as an active AI readiness community. The core community stays the same; the conversations simply expand to match how modern teams operate.
