When this fits

You know what to build, but you don’t have the capacity to build it

You have the specification. What you don't have is the capacity to deliver it: your developers are committed to other releases, AI building is new to your team, or you have no developers to put on it at all. You need a team that can take the spec and build it.

Agree on the details first

We agree on the goals, workflows, integrations, data needs, and compliance expectations with your team before anyone writes a line of code.

Working software on a regular cadence

You see progress in your own environment through regular demos and status updates, so you can spot problems and suggest changes early.

Keep decisions with your team

We discuss scope changes and technical trade-offs with you, with one named owner on each side.

How the work runs

From specification to working software

Discover and define

We review your requirements with your business and technical owners, confirm the integrations and data access, and agree the acceptance criteria and release plan before the build starts.

Design and build

Our engineers build in short, regular cycles, with AI tools and agents doing parts of the work under a named engineer's review. You see working software throughout, checked against the agreed specification.

Testing and Checks

Testing runs continuously as the build progresses, not only at the end. We complete the security and performance checks your release requires, and your team validates the result in your own environment before go-live.

Prepare your team

You receive the source code, documentation, and test suites, plus a walkthrough for whoever will run and build on the application. If you'd rather we keep running it after launch, we can.

How long a build takes depends on what you are building. We agree the timeline with you at the end of Discover and Define, once the scope is set.

How we use AI in development

AI where it helps & an engineer accountable for every change

Our engineers use AI coding tools to speed up development. Every change is reviewed and approved by an engineer before release. We use three of our own frameworks to make that work easier to check:

What you receive

A working application, built to your spec

The application

Built to the agreed specification and tested in your environment, ready for your release process.

Source code and documentation

Source code, architecture notes, test suites, and instructions for running and maintaining the application.

A record of AI-assisted changes

Details of which parts were built with AI assistance for audit and compliance.

Support after release

We can continue to monitor the application, fix issues, and make improvements.

Behind the build

Who builds your AI application

Bridge Global, our engineering partner, handles the build by default. When your project needs engineers who work in your local language, or your data has to stay in your country, we bring in a local engineering team. Ekipa runs the AI application development engagement and stays your point of contact from the specification through to handover.

Where to start

Need help with an earlier step?

If you already have the specification, the build starts here. Not quite there yet?

No use case yet?

Start with an AI Use Case Discovery Workshop to map your workflows and prioritise where AI fits.

Bring an AI Engineer Coach into your team so your developers can build and maintain AI applications themselves.
