Agility for HR

Agile transformation isn't really about new processes — it's about giving people and teams room to innovate and adapt. This programme looks at how HR needs to change to support that shift, from how the organisation thinks about culture and motivation through to how it develops talent.

Participants come away with a practical view of what "People Operations" looks like in an agile organisation, and how HR's own ways of working can evolve to match.
