Team working through their weekly tasks with an AI assistant in a coached session
Why this program

Your AI licenses aren’t paying off yet

Some of your people have gone deep with the tool already, using it for reporting, research, even building small tools of their own. Most haven’t. Many open it only to ask the kind of question they used to type into a search engine, and plenty are unsure which data is safe to use or whether the answers are right. You’re paying for these tools across the whole organization, and most of it goes unused.

What the program covers

Over six to eight weeks, an Ekipa coach works with a single team, starting from the tasks people already do every week.

01
Map the work and set a baseline

We list the recurring tasks in each team (reports, email follow-ups, document reviews, meeting notes), mark which ones the tool can take on today, and record how long they take now.

02
Hands-on sessions

Short working sessions where people complete their own real tasks with the tool, using their own documents and data, so nobody practices on generic demo prompts.

03
Safe use and checking answers

Which data is safe to put into the tool, and simple habits for checking whether an answer is right before anyone relies on it.

04
AI champions

One or two people per team, trained to help colleagues, share what works, and keep the prompt library up to date after the coach moves on.

Most teams use their AI license as a search box, when it could be handling the work they repeat every week.

What you walk away with

  • Weekly tasks moved to the tool

Each team uses the tool for a defined set of weekly tasks, agreed with its manager.

  • Measured time savings

How long those tasks take now, compared with the baseline, so your next license decision has numbers behind it.

  • Champions and a shared library

Trained AI champions in each team, and a documented set of prompts, templates, and agents the teams own.

Next step

  • Automate what the tool can’t

Workflows that need custom automation move into an FDE Pilot.

  • Let people build their own tools

Teams ready to go further join the Vibe Coding Academy.

  • Keep learning with peers

Champions can join our AI Circles community.
