Agile & Kanban Applied
This hands-on programme introduces Agile principles alongside Kanban, one of the simplest and most flexible ways to visualise and manage work. Participants learn the difference between iterative and continuous-flow ways of working, and when Kanban offers a better fit than more prescriptive frameworks.
By the end, teams can build and read their own Kanban board, apply its core principles to real work, and start making the small process refinements that add up to a genuinely smoother-flowing team.
