What is Agile Circles?
Agile Circles is a vibrant community dedicated to fostering collaboration, learning, and innovation among agile practitioners and enthusiasts across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Powered by Ekipa Consultancy in the region, our mission is to provide a platform for agile practitioners and enthusiasts to come together, exchange insights, share best practices, and drive positive change within themselves, their teams, and their organisations.
Passionate agile practitioners and enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds and industries are invited to join our communities for a series of engaging events! Whether you’re looking to participate in face-to-face gatherings or connect virtually through online sessions, Agile Circles offers a diverse range of opportunities to expand your knowledge and network with like-minded professionals.
Agile Circles across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia frequently collaborate with industry partners to co-host events, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives and expertise are represented.

What you share in your circle, stays in that circle. We aim to create a safe environment to discuss the things that matter to you.

We timebox our meetings. The coach is a great facilitator. We speak from experience instead of giving advice (Gestalt).

The circle members self-organise. It’s valuable to start with a planning session, work in focused time boxes, and do a retrospective.

Community Monthly Meetup
Our meetups have several theme such as Agile, Leadership, Tech, Innovation and Transformation, covered by 1 or 2 short presentations and then an Open Space. In Open Space,
the audience picks topics, votes which one to be discussed, and then create group to discuss the topic with a facilitator. We held monthly meetup in Jakarta and sometimes in Bandung.
We organize 2 or 3 meetups in a month. The time is from 7 PM – 9 PM on weekdays.
Free Webinar Session
We created webinar session when COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia is getting serious and PSBB is enforced. We try to find ways to keep the interaction and discussion between community members and came up with conducted webinar session.
Webinar session is conducted at least once a week, with topics about Agile, Leadership, Tech, Innovation and Transformation, covered by 1 or 2 short presentation and then question and answer session.The time is 7 PM – 8 PM (for 1 speaker) and 7 PM – 9 PM (for 2 speakers) on weekdays.
CurhatAgile Session
