Agile Fundamentals — ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
This ICAgile-certified version of our Agile Fundamentals programme takes the same mindset-first approach — "being agile" before "doing agile" — and adds a recognised professional certification participants can carry forward into their career.
Alongside the certification, participants build the same solid grounding in adaptive planning, collaborative teamwork and continuous improvement that underpins every agile approach, whichever framework their organisation eventually adopts.
